Free shipping will apply to all orders in the Metro Vancouver area. Items shipping to some remote and rural postal codes are not eligible for free shipping. Please visit Canada Post to see a list of ineligible postal codes.

Please note that the website may allow you to proceed with free shipping even if you are not eligible. In this case, we will reach out to you and notify you of your options.

Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. All shipping estimates do not include the processing time.

International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer shipping to areas outside Metro Vancouver.

How do I track my order?
Once you have placed your order with us and it is processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information. Use this tracking information on the corresponding shipping carrier’s website to track the order. Most shipments will ship with Canada Post or a local courier.

When will my order be processed and shipped to me?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-7 business days of being placed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another once your order is shipped. In the event that all products in your order cannot be provided, a Colour Time Customer Service Representative will contact you by email.

If you chose to pick up your order in-store at 150 - 1066 West Hastings Street, we will notify you by email once your order is ready.

Where can I ship to?
We ship free to all areas in Metro Vancouver. We are unable to ship to some rural and remote locations. Please visit Canada Post to see a list of ineligible postal codes.

Note: If your order is being sent to a PO Box or a rural route address destination, please ensure that you include a physical street address, highway number and an emergency number you can be reached at when placing your order. Delivery services vary by carrier or location and may require pickup from your local postal outlet or distribution centre.

Can I cancel my order after I've submitted it?
To cancel an order made online, please contact us within 1 hour following confirmation of your order. Email, provide your name and order number, and we will proceed to cancel your order.

In-Store Pick Up
Products can be available for pick up in-store at 150 - 1066 West Hastings Street. Typically when purchasing one of these items it will be available within 2-3 business days and we will notify you by email when it is ready. Once you receive the email, items will be available at Customer Service. Please bring your Order Confirmation as proof of purchase.
